Refund policy

At Ruene, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. As each piece is made with intention, we maintain a strict cancellation and refund policy to preserve the integrity of our operations.

Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
We do not accept requests for changes, edits, or cancellations after an order has been confirmed.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any orders.
All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only in the case of a damaged product.

To request an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Clear images and/or videos showing the damage must be emailed to us at support@ruene.in.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit of equal value.


Note:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or delays caused by the courier once the product has been dispatched.


Ruene Group reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet our exchange criteria.
