Once placed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled (refer to our Cancellation Policy).

All prices listed are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We use secure third-party payment gateways. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions of those payment processors.
Ruene is not responsible for any failed or delayed transactions due to banking or network issues.

4.⁠ ⁠Shipping
Shipping timelines are mentioned on the product pages. These are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
Once dispatched, Ruene is not responsible for courier delays, customs holdups, or misplaced packages.

5.⁠ ⁠Returns & Exchanges
We follow a strict No Refund policy.
Exchange is only applicable if the product received is damaged. (Refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.)
