All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking details.

Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather, or festivals.

3.⁠ ⁠Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

4.⁠ ⁠International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.

5.⁠ ⁠Delays or Lost Packages
Once dispatched, Ruene is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
In case of a lost or significantly delayed package, please reach out to us at support@ruene.in and we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate while placing the order.
Ruene is not responsible for packages returned or delayed due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

All orders are securely packed in Ruene’s signature frosted bags and custom mailer packaging to ensure protection during transit.
